Version 4 redefines weed roleplay in FiveM. Players start on the streets, searching farms, tracking a rotating seed dealer, and planting with precision grid or freeform placement, then scale into purchasable weed labs with instanced interiors, stash upgrades, hired workers, and raid mechanics that keep rival gangs and police relevant. Every plant shows live in-world status via custom DUIs. Roll, bag, smoke, level up, and optionally carry purity metadata straight into our Drug Selling script. Configure everything in-game with /weedadmin (strains, farms, labs, dealers, growth timers) with no restarts required. Six strains, custom props, and a full grow-to-empire loop your players will actually stick with.

Ten purchasable lab locations across Los Santos and Blaine County, each with its own price and map preview. Owners enter a weed lab via routing bucket, grow plants inside, lock or unlock access, sell for a configurable refund, and manage everything from a modern NUI dashboard covering plants, workers, upgrades, finance, members, and settings.
Labs can be breached by rival players with lockpicks or by police with stormrams. Multi-round ox_lib skillchecks, raid cooldowns, optional owner notifications, and temporary stash access on success. Dispatch hook points included for custom integrations.
Automate your operation with hired botanists that maintain plants across ten interior grow zones, and packagers that roll joints and bag weed directly from lab stash. Set wages, pause workers, and pay payroll from lab balance, up to 10 botanists and 4 packagers per lab.
Each plant renders a real-time in-world status overlay showing loading, needs soil, needs seed, growing, harvest ready, or dying. Distance-culled and pool-managed for performance. Toggle off entirely if you prefer menus only.
Six default level tiers with configurable XP thresholds. Players earn experience from searching farms, harvesting, producing buds, rolling, and bagging. Level gates apply to strains, seed dealer stock, shop items, lab purchases, table placement, and joint use. Exports let other resources read or modify player level data.
Six strains included by default (OG Kush, Banana Kush, Blue Dream, Purple Haze, Orange Crush, and Cosmic Kush), each with unique items, growth timers, yield values, rain bonuses, and per-stage prop models. Add, edit, or remove strains in-game via admin with no restart.
Full pot → soil → seed → grow flow with three soil tiers and three fertilizer types that modify growth speed and yield. Outdoor plants get rain bonuses when uncovered; indoor plants skip them. Water and fertilizer deplete over time, and neglect drops health, triggers death timers, and reduces harvests. Revive dying plants with a configurable item.
Yield scales with plant health, soil quality, and fertilizer type, with bonus multipliers for perfect maintenance. Harvest grants buds, optional seeds, and XP. Optional purity metadata on buds reflects plant health for integration with Drug Selling and other economy scripts.
Place pots in snapped grid mode or smooth freeform mode, toggled with a keybind. WASD movement, rotation, collision checks, soil-type validation, blacklist zones, and coverage detection (indoor vs outdoor). Portable weed tables use the same placement system and persist through restarts.
A street NPC spawns at one of 18 map locations on a timed cycle, active for 60 minutes, then cooldown before respawning elsewhere. Per-strain pricing, level requirements, and stock limits that scale as players level up. Blip hidden from configured jobs like police.
Default Mount Chiliad farm with 19 searchable plant spots, weighted seed loot per strain, level gates, cooldowns, and XP rewards. Create unlimited custom farm zones with configurable centers, sizes, props, and nothing-found chances.
Smoke on the Water supply NPC sells pots, soils, fertilizers, watering cans, revive kits, rolling papers, baggies, and portable tables. Toggle on/off, set operating hours, prices, level requirements, and blip settings per item.
Process buds into joints or baggies at four fixed stations inside owned labs, or on portable tables placed anywhere. Per-strain recipes, batch limits, durations, XP rewards, and optional purity carry-through on output items.
Usable joints per strain with smoking animations, props, and fully configurable effects including health, armor, speed, screen filters, walk styles, and camera shake. Set level requirements per joint or disable entirely for servers with existing consumable systems.

/weedadmin opens a full React admin panel with live config for strains, soils, fertilizers, farms, dealer, shop, labs, tables, joints, growth, and experience. Plant dashboard with strain breakdown, harvest history chart, teleport-to-plant, inline plant editing, and JSON config export/import. Changes save to database and sync to all clients instantly.
